Further to letter dated 25 December 2019 on the intimation regarding issue of duplicate share certificates as required under regulation 39 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bajaj Auto has informed that the Company has received on 18 February 2020 (copy enclosed) intimation from RTA KFin Technologies regarding issue and dispatch of duplicate share certificates for the shareholders Harinakshi Shantilal Somaiya and Samir Shantilal Somaiya after transmission in favour of legal heirs of shareholder, Late Mayadevi Shantilal Somaiya.
