Shalimar Paints has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Shruti Shrivastava as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of the Company for a term of 3 consecutive years with effective from. 20th February, 2020 vide resolution passed through circulation today 20th February, 2020 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting. Shruti Shrivastava is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. A detailed disclosure as required under SEBI Circular dated 9th September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
