Sharda Motor Industries has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (NCLD, on 20 February, 2020 (being the date of pronouncement of Order for sanctioning the Scheme) has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between Sharda Motor Industries and NDR Auto Components Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The certified copy of the Order is awaited. The Company will intimate the same to the Stock Exchanges once the certified copy of the Order is available.
