A copy of the Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2019 along with the Limited Review Reports, approved by the Board pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is attached as Annexure - A.
