Chemcrux Enterprises has informed that, Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons along with their immediate relatives and Connected persons of the Company (as defined in the Code) from February 21, 2020 for the purpose of consideration of Interim Dividend declaration. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Meeting of the Board scheduled on 27th February, 2020 and shall reopen on March 02, 2020.
