Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Insecticides (India) has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 05th day of March, 2020 at Delhi to consider a proposal relating to declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020. Further, pursuant to internal Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading (IlL's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons) in dealing with securities of the Company and the relevant provisions of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is informed that the 'trading window' for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from February 25, 2020 to March 07, 2020.
