Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Insecticides (India) has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 05th day of March, 2020 at Delhi to consider a proposal relating to declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020.
