Kovai Medical Center & Hospital has informed that at the Board Meeting held on 25th February 2020, the Board of Directors have declared an interim Dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each 30% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20. Further, the Board of Directors have fixed Friday, 6th March 2020 as Record Date to determine the eligible Shareholders to receive the said interim Dividend. The payment of the interim dividend would be made to the eligible shareholders on or before 24th March 2020. The meeting commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 2 pm.
