With reference to letter dated February 20, 2020, intimating the convening of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2020, Cholamandalam Financial Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today approved the payment of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company at the rate of 65% being Rs 0.65 per equity share of Re 1 each for the year ending March 31, 2020; and March 6, 2020 as the Record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of members as on Record date in respect of shares held in physical form and in case of shares held in dematerialised form, as per the details to be furnished by the depositories as on the Record date. The interim dividend will be paid within 10 days from the Record date. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 3.15 pm.
