Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has sold 2,692,974 shares of Sadbhav Engineering at Rs 75 per share on the BSE on February 26, 2020. However, Blue Daimond Properties has bought 4,200,000 shares of Sadbhav Engineering at Rs 74.99 per share on the same date.
Sadbhav Engineering mainly operates in three core businesses namely roads, mining and irrigation. Roads -The company has executed several projects for NHAI and the State Governments of Gujarat and Karnataka. They have also worked with many industry stalwarts like L&T, HCC, Punj Lloyd and Gammon.
