Supreme Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2020, has approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend at the rate of 500 percent, Rs 10 per Share on 12,70,26,870 Numbers of Equity Shares of Rs 2 each (FV). The aforesaid 2nd Interim Dividend shall be credited/ dispatched on or after March 16, 2020. Further as intimated by letter dated 24th February, 2020, Company has fixed Monday, the 9th March, 2020, as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend. The aforesaid 2nd Interim Dividend shall be credited/ dispatched on or after 16th March, 2020.
