DIC India gets nod to sell land to Godrej Properties

DIC India has received approval to sell its land to Godrej Properties (GPL), which is located at Chandivali, Mumbai. The expected date of completion of sale/ disposal will be March 31, 2020. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2020 has approved the same.

DIC India is the world leaders in printing inks. The company also has a strong presence in printers’ supplies, machinery, pigments and reprographic products.
