The Record Date for the payment of Dividend, if declared will be Friday, 20th March, 2020. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 (as amended) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from Monday the 2nd March, 2020 to 13th March, 2020. This has been communicated to all the designated persons and applicable to their dependents and their family members.
