Refer to its letter dated February 24, 2020; Kalyani Steels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider Interim Dividend by Circular Resolution on Thursday, February 27, 2020. In connection of the same, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of Circular Resolution, passed today on March 2, 2020, have approved payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-20, of Rs 5 per share on the Equity Share of Rs 5 each 100. Further, as informed through letter dated February 24, 2020, the Interim Dividend shall be paid to all the equity shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of the Company as on March 13, 2020 being Record Date fixed for the purpose. Further, the Interim Dividend will be paid on March 23, 2020.
