Milestone Global has informed that the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and the Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company has been amended by way of a Special Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 8th February, 2020. The said alteration in MOA and AOA has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore on 2nd March, 2020. In this regard, the company has submitted the copy of the altered MOA and AOA of the Company pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
