Gomti Finlease (India) has received an approval to acquire 40.76% stake in KDJ Hospital for a consideration of Rs 2.65 crore. The board at its meeting held on September 28, 2012 has discussed the need for expansion of investment base in various segments and approved for the above.
KDJ Hospital is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of Hospitals, while Gomti Finlease (India) is engaged in the business of investments and investment advisory services.
