Ateli Narnaul Highway, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received the appointed date, 28.02.2020 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) vide its letter dated 02.03.2020 for the project as enclosed. Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and Specified Persons till March 05. 2020.
