Kalpataru Power Transmission has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 3.50 (175%) per Equity share of face value of Rs 2 each fully paid up for the financial year 2019-20. The Company has already fixed Friday, 13th March, 2020 as record date for the aforesaid purpose. The Dividend so declared on equity shares, shall be paid on or before 31 st March, 2020. At the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board approved the re-appointment of Manish Mohnot (DIN: 01229696) as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of 5 years effective from 1st April, 2020 subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing General Meeting. Manish Mohnot does not have any relationship with any Director of the Company. Further, informed that Manish Mohnot is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any Order of SEBI or any other Regulatory authority.
