Amines & Plasticizers’ board has approved sale of 51% Equity stake held in its subsidiary i.e. APL Infotech to Hemant Kumar Ruia Group. The consideration to be received from the sale is Rs 44.81 lakh. The Board of Directors of company at its meetings held on March 04, 2020 has approved the same.

Amines & Plasticizers is the pioneer and largest producer of Ethanolamines, Alkyl Alkanolamines, Plasticizers, Morpholine, Alkyl Morpholines and Gas Treating Solvents in India.
