The E-voting period begins from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 09:00A.M (IST) and will end on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 05:00 PM (IST), the e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL thereafter. Also informed that it has already intimated the Newspaper publication of EOGM Notice to Stock Exchange on February 26,2020. In furtherance of the same, it has enclosed the Notice of EOGM.
