RRIL has terminated its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rishabraj Infra LLP for acquiring land at Tarapur, Boiser, district Palghar, since the specified conditions are not fulfilled and accordingly the parties have agreed to settle the same and the company will receive compensation amount of Rs 3.75 crore in addition to the refund of advance money paid.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 05, 2020, approved and terminated the same.
