Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Marico has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting held today; on March 6, 2020, has, declared the Third Interim Equity Dividend for Financial Year 2019-20 (Third Interim Dividend) of Rs 0.75 per equity share of Re 1 each, being 75% on the paid up equity share capital of Rs 129.09 Crores. The record date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the said dividend shall be Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after Friday, March 27, 2020.
