With reference to an article in the Economic Times today which states: ‘Interestingly the SBI Provident Fund holds Yes AT1 bonds along with Nippon MF, Templeton MF, UTI MF, Indiabulls, Max Fin and HNIs’, Max Financial Services has informed that this is a factually incorrect statement. Max Life Insurance or Max Financial have no exposure to Yes Bank AT1 bonds. Max Life's exposure is limited to Tier 2 bonds, which are totally safe as per the restructuring scheme announced by Reserve Bank of India.
The above information is a part of company’s filings submitted to BSE.
