Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, BEML has informed that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 13.03.2020, to consider the Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-20 on equity shares. Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the record date is fixed on 21.03.2020, if Board declares the said Interim dividend. In this connection, as per 'BEML Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders’, the trading window will remain closed from 10.03.2020 to 15.03.2020.
