JK Lakshmi Cement has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, on 13th March 2020 which commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 1.00 PM have approved declaration/ payment of Interim Dividend, for the Financial Year 2019-20 at Rs 2.50, per share (50%) on 11,76,70,066 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each of the Company. Further, the Interim Dividend as above will be paid within 30 days of this Board Meeting, to those members whose names shall be borne on the Registrar of Members of the Company as on 21st March 2020 being the Record date/ fixed for this purpose or to their mandates and in respect of shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend be paid on the basis of details of beneficial ownership as on the 'Record date' as aforesaid, to be received from the Depositories for this purpose.
