Bosch has received an approval from its Board to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Robert Bosch Technology’. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space and will help the Company in becoming more agile and customer-focused.
The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated in India shall carry out business in the field of automotive products.
Bosch is a leading supplier of technology and services in the areas of Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology in India. Additionally, Bosch has in India the largest development center outside Germany, for end to end engineering and technology solutions.
