India Nippon Electricals has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, 16th March, 2020, the Board decided to declare a Second Interim Dividend of Rs 3.75 per fully paid up equity share of Rs 5 each, for the financial year 2019-20. The second interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched within the due date to all the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date. The Board of Directors fixed the Record Date as 26th March, 2020 for this purpose (Annexure 1). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company commenced at 10:00 hrs and concluded at 14:55 hrs.
