Adani Gas has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/03/2020 to consider and approve interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2019-20. Also, informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 27th March, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on equity shares, if any declared at the aforesaid meeting. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 16th March, 2020 to 29th March, 2020.
