Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , Shri Bajrang Alliance has informed that the company has inaugurated a state- of-the art manufacturing plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh making it the first food processing plant in State. The Food Unit has been set up to venture into the Indian Frozen food market with an initial capital investment of 30 crores and will be utilizing the advanced innovative spiral freezer technology. This Food unit has a production capacity of 60000MT Per annum.
