Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that considering present medical emergency situation due to the Carona Virus in India and in Maharashtra state, in the interest of the health and safety of its employees and their family, it has been decided to completely suspend the operation of its factory situated at Gat No 1425 Shikrapur, Tal - Shirur, Dist : Pune 412 208 with immediate effect till the 31st March 2020 (Tuesday). During the period of suspension, only essential services like Security, Power, Furnace, Information Technology Support, etc. will be operational. As the situation is fast evolving and it is constantly monitoring the developments and will be updated accordingly. Necessary instruction has been given to the employees to strictly practice social distancing, avoid travel during this period and follow all the precautions and guidelines issued by authorities for prevention of COVID-19. This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
