Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VXL Instruments has informed that the Company has suspended the operations till further notice to ensure the safety of employees/workmen and to act against the risk of spread of Covid-19 and in compliance with the various orders/directions issued by various Government Authorities. The duration of this suspension will depend upon further Government direction/ order and shall be complied with accordingly.
