Balaji Amines has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company with effect from1st April, 2020 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Full year ended 31st March, 2020. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results for the Quarter and full year ended 31st March, 2020 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
