PVV Infra has informed that as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window for carrying out transacting in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1 st April 2020 and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 st March 2020. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 st March 2020 shall be intimated in due course of time.
