Banswara Syntex has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2020 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2020 shall be intimated in due course.
