Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Shri Bajrang Alliance has informed that in view of the outbreak of the COVID-19 in India and in view of the lockdown announced by the Chhattisgarh State Government in Raipur, all the manufacturing and other operations of the company have been closed temporarily as a precautionary measure to prevent spread of the Corona Virus. The operations shall be resumed once the situation is improved and lockdown is withdrawn. The closure of manufacturing operations shall have impact on the revenues & profitability of the Company, which can’t be quantified at this stage.
