Rastogi, director (HR) ceased to be the director of the company with effect from October 01, 2012 on attaining the age of superannuation on September 30, 2012 and Veena Swarup, General Manager, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has been appointed as director (HR), Engineers India Ltd vide Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas Letter dated June 28, 2012, from the date of her assumption of charge of the post on or after October 01, 2012 till the date of her superannuation i.e. June 30, 2016 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Further, she has assumed the charge of the post of director (HR) of the company with effect from October 01, 2012.
