With reference the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the Code) under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with BSEs circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 2, 2019, Agio Paper & Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, with immediate effect; April 1, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the publication of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.
