Further to intimation dated March 23, 2020 and April 1, 2020 regarding temporary suspension of operations of office due to pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID19), BF Utilities has informed that the Company has decided to further extend the suspension of its operations of office till the further notice in this regard. The action is in line with the announcement made by the Honourable Prime Minister of India regarding further extension of lockdown period. The duration of the shutdown will depend upon directives to be further issued by the Government authorities in this regard. The Company will continue to closely monitor the situation and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidance.
