Adani Green Energy sparkles as its arm commissions 50 MW Solar Power Project

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 192.00, up by 4.15 points or 2.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 187.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 186.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 194.75 and Rs. 183.00 respectively. So far 11092 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 243.25 on 10-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.60 on 16-May-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 194.75 and Rs. 167.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 30177.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.10% and 3.99% respectively.

Adani Green Energy’s step-down subsidiary -- Kilaj Solar (Maharashtra) has commissioned its 50 MW Solar Power Project having Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) at Rs 2.54/kWh for a period of 25 years, on April 14, 2020.

With this, 2.60 GWac of renewable energy projects are operational. The company has total 5.99 GWac portfolio of renewable capacity in India, out of which 3.39 GWac projects are under implementation.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
