Apollo Tyres trades in green on the BSE

Apollo Tyres is currently trading at Rs. 100.20, up by 2.15 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 98.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 104.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 104.80 and Rs. 98.50 respectively. So far 190320 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 217.00 on 22-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 73.55 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 104.80  and Rs. 85.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5783.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.30% and 15.80% respectively.

Apollo Tyres has received an approval for the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore. The company's board at its meeting held on April 17, 2020, considered and approved the same.
