Amara Raja Batteries has partially resumed operations at its manufacturing facilities following relaxation in lockdown norms by the government. The company had shut down operations at its manufacturing facilities following the nationwide lockdown announced on March 24 to curb spread of coronavirus pandemic.
Amara Raja Batteries is the flagship company of the group and is engaged in manufacturing of industrial and automotive batteries. The company was first to introduce Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries with three-year warranty in industrial and automotive applications.
