Motherson Sumi Systems has raised Rs 500 crore via NCDs on private placement basis and its board has allotted 5,000 Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each. The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE. The Committee of Directors (Administrative Matters) of the Board of Directors of the company on April 21, 2020 has allotted the same.
