Allahabad Bank has informed that the Govt.of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide their notification dated October 01, 2012, have appointed S. A. Panse as chairman and managing director of the bank with effect from the date of her taking over charge of the post till January 31, 2014 or until further order, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, S. A. Panse has taken over the charge of chairman and managing director of the bank with effect from October 01, 2012.
