Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016, the Company has declared and confirmed that the Auditors Reports on Standalone financial results and consolidated financial results are unmodified. The same have been taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company today at their meeting held from 10:45 am to 3:00 pm.
