VA Tech Wabag has incorporated new subsidiary company namely ‘Digha STP Projects’ in Tamil Nadu. The said incorporation is to carry out the sewage treatment plants in Digha and Kankarbagh zones of Patna, Bihar including operation and maintenance and to carry out all associated infrastructure facilities, under Hybrid Annuity Model, in connection with the project agreement signed between National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO) and WABAG SPV viz., DK Sewage Project (DKSPPL).
