Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to the letter dated March 25, 2020 regarding suspension of operations of plant, Kalyani Steels has informed that pursuant to permission received from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Koppal, the Company has started its production facility at Village Ginigera, Taluka & District Koppal, Karnataka with effect from May 2, 2020. Further, the company has taken all the necessary steps as recommended / stated in the aforesaid permission, for prevention and containment of COVID-19.
