Rubber Products has informed that 1st Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of FY 2020-21 of the members of The Rubber Products (Company) is held on Today, Tuesday 5th May, 2020, at 11:00 am through Video Conferencing in compliance with circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated April 8, 2020 and April 13, 2020 pertaining to conducting EOGM and clarification on passing ordinary and special resolutions by companies under the companies act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder on account of the threat posed by covid-19. The company has enclosed proceedings of the EOGM pursuant to Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith as ‘Annexure - I’; and outcome of EOGM with Scrutinizer Report pursuant regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015is attached herewith as ‘Annexure – II’; Since, Operations/Offices of the Company is closed to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by Central / State / Municipal Authorities including Work from Home facility due to COVID-19 from March 23, 2020, hence, proceeding and outcome of EOGM are here by submitting to good office with SD Mark instead of signature.
