Lloyds Metals and Energy touches roof on entering into MoU with Thriveni Earthmovers

Lloyds Metals is locked at upper circuit currently of Rs. 7.75, up by 0.70 points or 9.93 % from its previous closing of Rs. 7.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 7.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7.75 and Rs. 6.65 respectively. So far 257316 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 12.25 on 16-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.12 on 24-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 7.75 and Rs. 4.41 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 174.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.48% and 36.50% respectively.

Lloyds Metals and Energy has entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thriveni Earthmovers (TEPL) to incorporate a new joint venture company in the state of Maharashtra for carrying mining operations in Maharashtra and neighbouring states but starting with the Iron Ore Mining operations of Lloyds Metals Energy.

Llyods Metals & Engineers is engaged in manufacturing of Sponge Iron, Pipes & Tubes Steel and HR/CR Coils/Sheets/Strips.
