Indiamart Intermesh inks pact to invest in Mobisy Technologies

Indiamart Intermesh has entered into an agreement to invest in Mobisy Technologies. The company intends to invest of upto Rs 10 crore in the entity in the initial round. As part of company’s strategic investments, this investment is in line with its long-term objective of venturing into Software as a solution (SAAS) space.

Indiamart Intermesh is India’s largest online B2B marketplace for business products and services with approximately 60% market share of the online B2B classifieds space in India in fiscal 2017.
