PNC Infratech surges on bagging new HAM highway project worth Rs 1412 crore

PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 113.15, up by 3.00 points or 2.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 110.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 115.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 115.65 and Rs. 111.20 respectively. So far 9786 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 219.40 on 03-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 80.85 on 25-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.65 and Rs. 102.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2927.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.53% and 14.40% respectively.

PNC Infratech has been declared as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a NHAI Project of 53.95 km long Four-laning of Meerut - Nazibabad section of NH-119 (New NH-34) from design chainage Km 11+500 (Meerut) to 39.250 (Behsuma) and from km 79.500 (Bijnor) to 105.700 (Jalalabad), in the state of Uttar Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) for Rs. 1412.0 crore. The project is to be constructed in 24 months and operated for 15 years post construction. This is the eleventh hybrid annuity highway project secured by the company so far.
