Uniroyal Marine Exports has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company code for ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading’, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from the end of quarter (31st March 2020) for all Designated Employees (including Directors). The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/ results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
